Fear Not Easel

Hi there, Stampin' Friends! Today's card was inspired by Carolyn's card on Pinterest.  You may view it here.  I loved her color combination of Tip Top Taupe and Red.
This is what I came up with:

I chose to make mine into an easel card.  I really struggled with the layer inside that would hold the card open.  I was fairly happy with this...

I intentionally stamped the "You are loved" in the upper portion so a signature could be added below.

Here are the roses close up:

Here is the card standing open.

Thanks for looking and please feel free to ask questions, if you have any.

Blessings~
RaeDeen

  1. RaeDean,
This card like all of your cards is absolutely beautiful. The roses look real, the Bible verse got me through a very scary and claustrophobic MRI years ago and means so much to me. Your artistic talent is amazing and I love how everything you do is done with giving God the glory! I've never seen an easel card before until the day Frank and I came over and you were showing us some of your masterpieces in your craft room. Anyone who gets a card from you not only gets a blessing but a work of art made with the love of Christ shining with the light of the world and the glory of God Himself.
